Morris & Spottiswood wins £7.1m fit out contract

Morris & Spottiswood has announced a £7.1m tender win – one of the largest fit out projects in Scotland this year.

The project at 151/155 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, involves ten floors of interior and exterior refurbishment, including a new visionary copper entrance with level access from St Vincent Street.

“This is the type of project we specialise in, says business unit director Mark Wanless, “The project involves the full strip out of the existing building including the M&E installation, followed by a full building service installation and interior fit out. The result will be ten floors of spectacular Grade ‘A’ space that will enhance the office provision in Glasgow.”

Work has now started and will run until June of next year.
